studio yoga classes on hold
Stephanie is currently busy teaching small group classes to private groups of students in her home-based, private and well-appointed yoga practice space. You too can have a small group private yoga session for the same price or cheaper than you would pay to go to public yoga classes in a big, sweaty studio. Read more about packaged yoga programs. Or, book a fully customized private individual or group session, or a yoga therapy consultation. You'd be surprised how inexpensive it is to run your very own private small group yoga classs - at a time and day that works for your schedule, and in an intimate, private and well-appointed practice space rather than in a big public studio.
Community Outreach
Giving back to the local and global community in which we live is an extremely fulfilling and worthwhile endeavour. In the grand scheme of things, it is of the most important "work" we can contribute as individuals. As the founder of Banyan Tree Yoga Therapy, I believe that we are all in this world together, and everyone on their path needs some support and healing. As a result, I support both local and international charities and not-for-profit organizations. I have facilitated fundraising events and classes. As a teacher, I continue to offer educational programs as seva (service) to help promote awareness about our part in protecting the earth that gives us life as well as all of its inhabitants. In particular, I developed The Starfish Yoga Project, which is dedicated to teaching the interconnectedness of being by understanding the importance of ocean habitats to the world's ability to sustain life.
